This series is a personal exploration of translating the visionary concept work of Syd Mead into fully realized, photographic imagery using contemporary AI tools. Mead’s work has long been a personal influence—particularly his ability to suggest entire worlds through precise, industrial design language and atmospheric context.
The goal was to explore how these imagined futures might feel if they existed physically—grounded in light, material, and spatial coherence—while maintaining the spirit of his design sensibilities.
Each image is the result of iterative art direction, where AI outputs were guided, curated, and refined to align with a cohesive visual language. The process sits somewhere between concept development, look exploration, and digital cinematography.
